Passionflower Tea.
One to two tsp to one cup of boiling water. Allow tea to steep for five to ten minutes. Passionflower blends well with lemon balm and valerian.


Passionflower Tincture
Fill a 16 oz jar halfway full of passionflower. Fill the jar with 80 proof vodka. Shake daily. Allow the tincture to steep for four to six weeks. Strain, then store in a dark cool place. Your tincture will last three to five years if stored correctly.
