Directions for use: 

Add one heaping tsp of dried herbs to 8-12 oz. of hot water. Allow herbs to steep for five to seven minutes before consuming. Sweeten to taste. Drink one cup daily in the morning. Each tablespoon can be brewed twice, if desired. This tea has a slight bitter taste. Sweeten to tastes.
