Our Lifted Fog Tea comes in two sizes:

• 1 oz. (usually more) stored in a reusable craft bag - (10-12 ) servings

• 4 oz. (usually more) stored in a reusable craft - (40-50 ) servings

Each purchase comes with an eco-friendly, unbleached, and reusable tea bag

Directions: Add one tablespoon of tea to the reusable tea bag provided or tea infuser. Steep in 8 oz. of boiling water (212° F) for 5 to 10 minutes. Add sweetener of choice; drink one to two cups per day.
