I was skeptical to be honest. Most energy teas haven't worked for me. This is my third bottle. I love the light peppermint ginger taste.
This tea is strong. I drank it over six days. 1/2 bottle at a time. It still worked. I have critters no more :) Thank you three vegan soulz. I finally feel good again. Next time, i hope to be brave enough for the raw detox.
I soaked the duck flower for an hour in very hot distilled water. I then added it to a smoothie because i cant stand the taste. It tastes terrible . After about 2 1/2 hours the purge began. I fasted for 48 hours before i did this. I didn't fast at all before my first duck flower detox. I wont do that again. My first detox was terrible. I vomited for hours. The diarrhea lasted forever. Drink lots of water during your detox. It helps. I felt good the next day but let me tell you, it was horrible. Fast first !!
I also bought a full size duck flower loose tea. I drink a cup every few days. Its strong but helps keep away my bloating. My diet is still not so healthy. Ill get there one day.
I’ve been drinking this tea for a while. I honestly didn’t think it was working at first. I was advised to keep drinking it daily. I’m so glad I did. It’s helped with my brain fog tremendously. It took a few weeks to start working . 9/10
