Mullein Tea:
One teaspoon of dried herb to one cup of boiling hot water. Allow tea to steep for ten minutes before consuming. Sweeten to taste.
Mullein Infused Oil:
Infuse two cups of olive oil or sweet almond oil with 1 1/2 cups mullein flowers. Allow herbs to steep in oil for 3-4 weeks. Strain oil, then store oil in a dark cool place. The oil will last up to three years if stored correctly.
